GMRP HISTORY | GMRP CLIENTS

INFORMATION FOR HOSPITALS

Georgia Medical Resource Pool (GMRP) offers daily per diem staffing; long and short-term local contract assignments of 8 weeks or more and coordination of travel nurse assignments. GMRP offers a unique service of a “One Stop Shop” for staffing services in which we sub contract with local nursing agencies and national travel nurse companies to expand available resources to our clients.

By taking advantage of the services offered by Georgia Resource Medical Pool, hospitals are able to cost-effectively meet their staffing needs. GMRP places quality staff in appropriately matched openings while saving the hospital time and money compared to traditional recruiting and hiring practices. GMRP provides the following benefits that make it the staffing agency of choice by both nursing personnel and clients:

  • Thorough screening process to ensure the most qualified staff are selected and appropriately matched for supplemental staffing vacancies.
  • Flexible alternatives for recruiting and retaining nurses and other medical staff who might otherwise discontinue working.
  • Greater familiarity with the hospital’s operations, environment, policies and procedures that results in increased quality and productivity of temporary nursing staff.
  • Cost savings of nearly 30% compared to alternative staffing agencies.
