New partnership provides members with online shift scheduling and staffing
Georgia Medical Resource Pool, LLC (GMRP) recently achieved the Gold Seal of Approval™ for Healthcare Staffing Services from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (Joint Commission), one of the first healthcare staffing agencies in Georgia to receive this honor.
The Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification program, launched in October 2004, offers an independent, comprehensive evaluation of a staffing firm’s ability to provide competent staffing services. The primary standards reviewed included Leadership, Human Resource Management, Performance Improvement and Information Management.
GMRP met the national standards that address how staffing firms determine the qualifications and competency of healthcare professionals, how placements of staff are determined, and how the staff’s performance is monitored.
GMRP’s clients and nurses can look to this annual certification as an assurance that GMRP demonstrates a commitment to providing and continuously improving quality healthcare staffing services and fostering excellence in patient care.
